This
particular Accutron has the famous worlds first jeweled tuning-fork movements.
This is the Bulova Accutron caliber / model 214. This one is 5
time factory signed and hallmarked. The case top, sides, bezel lugs & back are
all
solid care-free stainless steel. The case measures 38.30mm by
42.60 mm lug to lug.
If you
might not be familiar with the Accutron 214 "back-set" watches, please
note of the pictures here to the right. There is a "fold-in" D
shaped time set / time change mechanism. After setting the time, it
simply folds back into the watch case back and becomes invisible.

Whenever one of these rare Cushion shaped oversized Spaceview
"T" models are offered for sale, the prices for SUPER
condition ones such as this one are are usually
between $1200 - $1,600.
We just saw a cheaper gold plated
model posted as
sold on other well known Accutron
Specialists website for $1300. Their "quality" did not come close
to this one, nor did did it have both inner & outer
original Accutron factory boxes, hang tags or battery hatch key like
this one does!!!

is humming away, keeping great time & running strong!
"ALL" Accutron watches are getting
very hard to locate that are sharp, clean and well running. However,
Good condition, Fancy, Asymmetric, and ultra rare Spaceview models are close to impossible to find!
