particular Accutron has the famous worlds first jeweled tuning-fork movements.
This is the Bulova Accutron caliber / model 214. This one is 6
timefactory
signed and hallmarked. It is All American made, & all original. The
fancy asymmetrical stainless steel case & lugs configuration with
14 Karat Rolex style Solid Gold "Fluted" or Coin Edge bezel make a very
clean, distinctive and
attractive design. Even the screw-down water resistant case back
is stainless steel. The case measures 33.25mm by 40.00 mm lug to lug. The
near mint
condition Oyster (Rolex color) dial features 14 Karat Gold applied bar
hour markers, Accutron logo & Tuning Fork logo. The hour and minute hands are the
Dauphine configuration, with a gold sweep second hand. This watch
still has it's original Accutron signed Corfam (suede like) padded strap. This Accutron
is humming away, keeping great time & running strong!
"ALL" Accutron watches are getting
very hard to locate that are sharp, clean and well running !
