Entire Fob is heavy gauge solid Sterling Silver. The width is 31.40mm wide by 48.80mm in height. The front has a "Billiken" wearing a bow tie and having a mischievous smile. The Billiken is holding a scroll reading Dr. Pepper the King of Beverages. The Billiken is a symbol of Good Luck. Words on the fob read Good Luck, Grin And Begin To Win By Drinking, and No Caffeine. The back side of the fob features a depiction of the original Dr. Pepper Bottling Company in Waco Tx.

Exact circa is difficult to establish, however, Dr. Pepper changed their advertising slogans on a regular basis. The Period style & design as well as the "King of Beverages" slogan point to from around 1889-1914.
