Waltham 8-Day Car Clock From "Hudson Super Six" Auto,

Hand Engraved Silver Bezel with Red Enamel Inlay

We are offering a real "slice of Americana" with this item! It is a circa 1918 "Dashboard", or Car Clock ready to sit on your desk, nightstand, mantle or collectors case.

This is technically an American "37" size and the outer diameter of the case is measures 66mm (not counting the stem, sleeve or winding crown). This particular timepiece went into a much "higher-end" auto; the Hudson Super Six. The bezel on this clock is Hand Engraved Silver with MINT Condition Red Enamel Inlay.

It is an 8-Day Grade 809, 3/4 Nickel plate, sunken & compensated balance, 9 jewel, Stem-Wind & Stem-Set Movement.

This Classic timepiece is all American made and is in SUPER cosmetic and mechanical condition.

The outstanding dial is in near mint condition, and features matching red enameled Hudson Super Six logo just like is pictured in the lower left corner of the Hudson car advertisement above.

This Classic timepiece still has its original extra thick original beveled glass crystal!
